An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Call Centre Agent to join Service Streams Network Services Team.

About the Role

Service Streams Utilities division (Network Service) are currently seeking a Call CentreAgentto join our growing company.

Nature of position : Casual / Fulltime hours

Location : Melbourne (CBD) VIC

Reporting Line : Scheduling Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Make scripted phone calls to residential and business customers and building managers to arrange access and appointments for our electricity meter technicians.
• Triage Work Orders by identifying follow up tasks to ensure a successful site visit.
• Accurate data entry in clients systems and Excel sheets.
• Ensure all work performed is in accordance with contractual quality and safety requirements to company standards and to the satisfaction of the client.
• Strong focus on customer service and compliance.
