If you have experience with large-scale software, infrastructure and or data project delivery, want to help shape the way projects are delivered in an agile organisation and are inspired by helping people to find, buy and protect their homes, then this role is for you. This is a key role helping to drive the beating heart of the CoreLogic business : managing change in complex and critical programmes of work across a portfolio of projects spanning multiple departments.
As Change Manager you will be responsible for providing support across our Australian and New Zealand teams to successfully deliver large-scale programs - including in the data development domain and with the roll out of new internal corporate systems.
We run a scrum agile approach across our development teams spanning product and data, and typically our small team of project / program / change managers are deployed when we need an additional level of governance - for example when there is a particularly complex piece of work that may include engagement with our customers, across multiple of our teams, or where there is a huge amount of change to contend with. Our customer base spans from the APRA-regulated banking and finance industries to the SME businesses that help Australians and New Zealanders build and buy their homes, and you may work on programmes that span the breadth of these. To that end, this role will work cross-functionally with multiple teams, across all levels of the organisation and is integral to helping drive realisation of our strategic intent.
You would be joining our agile business PMO team - which comprises a small team who work across Programme Governance, Project Management and Scrum Management. We're the team who provide insight and experience when it comes to implementing the frameworks that ensure successful delivery of CoreLogic's strategic and operational initiatives. You will be the key driver of change management practice across this team and across the business. We are looking for a team member who has great experience successfully driving not only project outcomes in projects that they are involved with, but who is passionate about working with a wider team to share and develop the project, programme and change management discipline within our wider business, to collaboratively define and amplify what great delivery can be within an organisation.
Key Responsibilities :
