Are you a skilled change management professional ready to make a meaningful difference? Lifeline Australia is seeking an experienced and proactive Change Management Professional to join the Service Design and Enablement (SD&E) division.
Reporting to the SD&E Change Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing change initiatives that align with Lifeline Australia's strategic priorities. Your work will ensure projects meet their objectives by driving stakeholder adoption, managing change readiness, and delivering measurable outcomes.
You are a collaborative, solutions-focused change professional with strong communication skills and a structured approach to implementing change initiatives. Your expertise in stakeholder engagement and your ability to navigate complex environments will ensure successful outcomes.
