We work hard to make sure a career with DHL is as satisfying and successful as it can be.Join a supportive work environment where you'll have the tools and training you need to grow and succeed.DHL Supply Chain Australia is a Great Place To Work certified.In this job you will : As a Warehouse Operations Manager at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.You will manage, develop and grow customer relations for the site as well as manage current employee welfare and satisfaction.Use your talents to lead a committed team to greatness and drive the future of logistics, using the latest technologyManage and control operations for the customer, ensuring a safe working environment coupled with cost effective operational activitiesEnsuring Customer satisfactionthrough excellent service deliveryBuild and maintain positive relationships with customer and stakeholders, both internal and externalMaintain location and inventory accuracy and increase productivity streamsEnsure customer's annual business plan including revenue, profit and service levels are met and correct action is taken to rectifyYou have the following qualities & qualifications : 5+ years' experience within Supply Chain / LogisticsSuperior knowledge of warehouse operations within a 3PL environment3+ years' managing teams with strong leadership experienceExceptional end to end knowledge of Supply Chain Operations with a strong background in labour planning, cost management and improvement opportunitiesExcellent people management skills with the ability to influence across a broad spectrum of internal andexternal stakeholdersOutstanding customer relationship attributes and a strong customer service focusHighly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skillsStrong experience withWMS - ideally SAP or Manhattan systems
