About the roleAs a Customer Service Officer, you will be part of the Customer Services team, and will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of high quality and timely, customer requirements
- Your main focus will be
- Resolving enquiries in accordance with guidelines, policies, business rules, service standards and procedures.
- Ensuring order requirements are adhered
- Data entry
- Verifying stock on hand
- Provision of sales order confirmations
- Creating outbound deliveries
- Ensuring billing cycle has completed
- About you
To be successful in this role you will have :
- Passion for quality service delivery.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
- The ability to pivot to work types based on operational need.
- SAP experience is a _must_
