Our Corporate Valuations Advisory (CVA) team within Deals is focused on uncovering and creating value. We empower clients to grasp and shape the worth of businesses, highlighting how restructuring and investment decisions impact value. We unite the right people and perspectives to maximize deal value. Whether driven by regulation, commercialization, or legislation, we elevate outcomes and unlock the true potential of assets, acquisitions, capital expenditures, or investments.
We specialise in valuations for businesses, shares, and financial instruments, blending technical expertise with strategic insight to advise top ASX organizations, not-for-profits, and private clients. Our deep knowledge in strategy, finance, operations, deals, tax, and accounting ensures we deliver long-term, impactful results. We offer expert guidance across the full value spectrum—from ideating strategies for major capital decisions to crafting commercial models and executing them for success.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Perth team. You will have the opportunity to help grow and develop our team, providing commercial insights and valuable guidance to our clients. Your strong communication skills and collaborative approach will be key as you provide robust value opinions and transaction model business advisory in a workplace that is human-led, tech-enabled environment. Experienced in core corporate valuations , you’ll be part of a team solving, managing and delivering valuations on client engagements across a wide range of industries. You’ll also use your CA / CPA, CFA Finsia, MBA, Masters in Finance, Applied Finance, or similar qualifications to provide valuations of businesses, shares and financial instruments in the context of :
