We are looking for a new Parts Technician to join our team. This fulltime opportunity is ideal for someone technically minded who has a positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for Agriculture.

Our Parts department sits in the centre of the all action, speaking with our customers daily you work in partnership with our Sales and Service team to help get them the right part as quickly as possible.

We need passionate people who pride themselves on delivering good quality customer service, enjoys working in a small, connected team and is genuinely excited by our extensive product range. We provide full on the job training for this role and we are also open to taking on a new Apprentice in the team.

Act as the key point of call for all Retail Parts Sales

Handle all Internal sales to Service and Sales departments

Actively follow up on customer quotations and backorders

Keep customers informed of new parts, services available, and dealer merchandising programs

Order processing including picking, packing and distribution
