Job descriptionEmployment Consultant in our Disability Employment Services team, you will be key to making employment opportunities accessible for everyone. You will provide an outstanding level of customer centric one-on-one support to motivate, encourage and support our customers through the journey of preparing for, searching for and obtaining sustainable employment. Key Responsibilities Build rapport to understand customer interests, skills and experience Identify and assess barriers towards employment and health management Identify additional support requirements and liaise with relevant stakeholders to make them available Source employment opportunities, build and maintain relationships with potential employers Ongoing post-placement support ensuring job seeker maintains employment Why WISE?
