Who We're Looking ForWe're on the hunt for a results-driven Growth Marketer to fuel CorePlan's growth in the mining software market. This role will spearhead our lead generation and nurturing efforts (demand gen), working closely with our marketing and sales teams to create a steady pipeline of high-quality opportunities.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns that resonate with mining executives and drilling professionals-
- Implement and optimise lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through our sales funnel with precision-
- Manage our marketing automation platform, fine-tuning lead scoring and segmentation for maximum impact-
- Collaborate with our Sales, CS and Content team to create compelling, lead-generating content that positions CorePlan as a thought leader-
- Work hand-in-hand with our sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and closed-loop reporting-
- In partnership with our sales team, design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value target accounts.-
- Analyse campaign performance, lead quality, and pipeline metrics to continuously refine our demand generation efforts
- Qualifications and Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering-
- 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology companies-
- Proven track record of exceeding MQL and SQL targets in complex sales environments-
- Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, salesforce) and CRM systems-
- Experience with ABM strategies and tools-
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling stories-
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously-
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments-
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment-
- Knowledge of the mining industry or other industrial B2B sectors is a significant plus-
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including content marketing, and social media marketing, and PPC.
