Baker

We have an exciting full-time opportunity for an enthusiastic baker to join our team. We are looking for a highly efficient and detail-oriented individual with a background in either commercial baking or cookery.

We are looking for a committed individual who works well in a team to continue delivering consistently high product standards.

You will work with the head baker to follow weekly baking schedules, troubleshoot day to day operation issues, conduct regular quality control measures, and communicate effectively with other employees of Goods Bakery.

• At leat 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong communicator and professional work ethic
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Understanding of food safety standards and hold a Food Handling Certificate
• Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to identify and manage priorities effectively
• Good understanding of the fermentation process

Benefits & Rewards

Pay : $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
