About the Role

As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential residents and their families. Your role will be pivotal in guiding them through their initial enquiry, understanding their needs, and ensuring they have a seamless experience as they explore life at Levande. You’ll work closely with our Sales Professionals across Australia to provide an outstanding customer journey that sets us apart in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Build strong relationships with potential residents, providing them with accurate information and guidance.
  • Pre-qualify customers and schedule tours of Levande communities in collaboration with our Sales Professionals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our villages, stock availability, fees, and amenities.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and support their decision-making process.
  • Provide valuable customer insights to the Marketing team to enhance engagement strategies.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of interactions and activities in our CRM system.
  • Drive attendance at village events, open days, and trade shows.
  • Uphold Levande’s values by delivering outstanding service and ethical sales practices.

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally in retirement living, real estate, hospitality, or high-value sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping people.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
