About the role
This role will provide infants aged 0 to 5 years and their families with therapeutic interventions to enhance social and emotional development, aiming to reduce mental health and developmental challenges in later childhood and adulthood. The Infant Mental Health Case Worker will deliver early intervention, psychoeducation, referral, and outreach support that is trauma-informed, culturally appropriate, and person-centered. The role also involves delivering community engagement through playgroup activities.
