• Work closely with the Operations Manager and manage a high performing corporate travel team
• Hands-on role where you will handle end to end consulting as well

• Provide leadership and guidance to consultants
• Ensure adequate staffing and work flow is distributed
• Investigate and resolve customer and client issues

• Previous experience in the travel industry at a supervisory level preferably in corporate travel
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills
• Top notch GDS skills and airfare knowledge
