Two new positions have been created to assist with the development, delivery and logistics of webinars, for both internal and external audiences.
These positions are 12 month contracts and can be offered as either labour-hire or non-ongoing engagements. The preferred location is
Canberrahowever applicants inMelbourneBrisbanemay be considered.Key duties will includeProvide strategic and technical advice and support to communication teams across the branch and policy areas, to help plan and deliver webinars to inform and engage stakeholders, target audiences and the public.Lead the development and implementation of public-facing and internal webinars, primarily using the Webex platform.Promote webinars on departmental and external channels, including newsletters, webpages and social media.Manage logístical and technical aspects of webinars including :o Invitationso RSVPs and general enquirieso hosting webinars on the Webex platformo coordinating speakers slide operators, Q&A moderators, Auslan interpreters and hard captioningo testing AV, ensuring webinar slides and video recordings are published post-webinarSkills and Experience requiredPrevious experience delivering large scale webinars is essential. Previous experience in an events or digital communications position will be highly regarded.
