We are seeking an inspiring and results-driven

• to guide and support our team in delivering exceptional care services.
• Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of care professionals to maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Coordinate daily operations, including rostering, resource allocation, and task delegation.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and families, ensuring excellent communication and responsiveness.
• Monitor service quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and foster a culture of innovation.
• Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Handle conflict resolution and promote a collaborative team environment.
• Key Requirements
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the care or healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of care regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
• Passion for providing compassionate and high-quality care services.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Relevant qualifications in health, community care, or leadership (desirable).
