About the Role
Service Stream's Utilities division are currently seeking a National Training Coordinator to join our growing team in Huntingwood. As a National Training Coordinator, you would be Managing programs from beginning to end with high level stakeholder engagement in providing solutions and training relating to RTO scope. Along with mentoring Administration Officers in their day-to-day activities as well identifying any gaps in learning and assist in providing further training where possible. You will be working with the RTO Manager in taking the RTO function through continuous improvement and working towards best practice operations

Location : Huntingwood, NSW
Reporting Line : National RTO Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement programs and processes for RTO training programs
- Scheduling and event management
- Assist RTO Manager in strategic objectives and goals which may include training needs analysis, marketing, training analysis and reporting, demonstrating the effectiveness of RTO initiatives
- Stakeholder responses and quotations are completed within timely manner
- Work independently within established guidelines and recommend appropriate alternatives.
- Management of subcontracted trainers
- Use of JOBPAC for accounts payable / receivable and forecasting and use of JAMS
- Manage Accounts Payable process including invoices, reconciling supplier accounts and assisting with financial and management reporting.
- Manage Accounts Receivable process including raising invoices, reporting and outstanding debtor follow up
- Ensure quotes remain competitive, considering all relevant cost impacts to the business
- Assist with tender submissions and pricing
- Manage accounts receivable and payable processes using JOBPAC
- Assist RTO Manager to review and improve business processes
- Partake in implementation and maintenance of continuous improvement
About You
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher is desirableKnowledge and experience of the Standards for registered Training OrganisationsAccounting experience, desirably use of JOBPAC and JAMSPrevious experience as a Training Coordinator in a fast-paced environmentHigh level computer skills of MS Office Suit (Word, Excel and PPT)In return for your commitment, we will support you to achieve your personal best, enrich your career and work as a team to create positive legacies you can all be proud of.
