About the role

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in Whyalla, SA, on a permanent, full-time basis.

This role reports to the Whyalla, SA branch and is responsible for maintaining Onsite assets at our customer sites.

You will work with a diverse product range, including access equipment, compaction, materials handling, power generation, lighting, excavation, earthmoving, pumps, and more. Your responsibilities will include :

• Carrying out mechanical inspections, servicing, and repairs across our product range in the field (and in the workshop as required)
• Logging jobs in our service module and completing all paperwork daily
• Monitoring and recording parts usage
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers
