Job descriptionAbout Corporate Enterprise SolutionsWhat we are looking forYou will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following :Demonstrated high level knowledge of delivering payroll and rostering system processes and procedures in a large multifaceted, multidisciplinary organisation.Demonstrated understanding and experience in the operation of a complex large payroll and the necessary Audit and reconciliation requirements and standards including the end of financial year processes.Demonstrated ability to deliver requirements and maintain quality in a time pressured 'must deliver' environment.Demonstrated experience in payroll projects, payroll system management and the business requirements necessary in meeting payroll compliance standards.High level interpersonal and communication skills, including the capacity to positively influence and motivate others.Other qualifications / registrations / requirementsWhilst not mandatory, relevant experience in payroll, rostering, finance and / or workforce management services would be well regarded.While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded.As final processing of the fortnightly pay run takes place on weekends it may be necessary to be on a Saturday roster in this role.This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License.
