What you'll be doing

• Perform specialist mental health and drug and alcohol assessment, care planning and case management services for people experiencing mental health and drug and alcohol problem.
• Provide mental health and drug and alcohol education and training, promotion and prevention activities for communities, key services are carers.
• Develop and demonstrate cultural competence and a commitment to improve the health outcomes of Aboriginal people.
• Implement principles of mental health recovery and demonstrate experience and skills using a collaborative strengths based approach to the care of mental health and drug and alcohol consumers.
