Hume Anglican Grammar is a multi-campus co-educational Anglican Diocesan School offering education from Prep to Year 12 in the Northern growth corridor of Melbourne.

About the role : Hume calls for applications for the position of Admissions and Information Officer.
This position is full-time, ongoing and will be based at our Freier campus in Mickleham.
This role will commence on Monday, 30 June 2025 and this position offers 7 weeks of holidays - 5 weeks paid annual leave and 2 weeks leave without pay (averaged).
The Admissions and Information Officer has responsibility for the management and administration of the School's student information system.
They have as their key responsibility ensuring all student records are collected, up-to-date, audited, accurate and complete.
The Admissions and Information Officer generates reports of student information for the Admissions Manager to be provided to leadership.
This may include demographics, personal data, cohort statistics and trends.
They will be expected to contribute to the analysis of these reports.
Due to the nature of the role, some duties will need to be performed at times other than during the day, including after hours in the evenings and on weekends.The Admissions and Information Officer reports to and provides support to the Admissions Manager, is a part of the Admissions Team and wider Administration Staff.
They work collaboratively in a team environment to support and enrich their collective responsibilities.
As a member of the General Staff, the Admissions and Information Officer ultimately reports to the Business Manager.
