- Responsibilities
- Reception duties, reception area maintenance, general house keeping, ordering stationary and general stock for all the departments and staff within the campus.
- Provide the highest quality customer service to the stakeholders, administrative support to student and staff.
- Generating Letter of Offers, conducting LLN test and communicate with agent / student for more document or required information, follow up with agent / student for pending offer letter, initial deposits and CoE issuance etc.
- Prepare and assist course timetable, instalment plan including pre-training reviews, training plans, organise orientation, Induction sessions, student safety presentations to ensure students are enrolled to the respective courses.
- Ensure to gather all student documents, files and records up to date on or before the enrolment is completed, liaise with agents / students for more documents and provide accurate, timely and concise information to admin prior to course start in prisms.
- Actively contribute to the student administration team and working in collaboration regarding student enrolments keeping informed to the trainer, marketing, admissions, admin, accounts, other staffs at Swanston Institute and stakeholders as required.
- Monitoring students on a daily basis & handling enquiries, student support services, feedbacks / referrals and handling administrative duties for refunds, credit transfer, transfer between provider, deferment, suspension, cancellation, student surveys, face to face and online classroom, LMS support etc.
- Providing support to senior management, compliance and marketing / promotional areas as required, stay abreast to changes and updates in SRTO 2015, ESOS act and National Code 2007 notify and update all the team members time to time.
- Assist and organize events such as sporting, recreational, cultural, spiritual and social activities.
- Assist and liaise in reporting data to regulator, other government bodies and internal / external compliance audits.
