We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused
- Training and Support Officer
- to join our high-performing team. You will play a key role in supporting the implementation and use of core school administrative systems, including
- Student Insight, CASES21, eCASES, eduPay, AIMS, and eduSafe Plus
In this role, you will :
- Develop and deliver engaging user training sessions for school-based administrative systems.
- Create, review, and maintain high-quality training materials and user documentation.
- Provide expert advice and first-line support to school staff and internal stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with geographically dispersed teams and regional training centres.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of learning and development initiatives and technical support during system releases and upgrades.
- Contribute to ongoing service improvement and innovation projects.
- Attributes
You are a proactive and adaptable professional with :
- A strong background in training delivery, support, and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to users confidently and efficiently.
- Experience in supporting and training users of enterprise IT systems (education sector preferred).
- A passion for enhancing digital capability in schools.
- Desirable
- Qualifications and Experience
- Essential : A current Working with Children Check (Education).
- Desirable : Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Desirable : Current Victorian Driver Licence.
