• Client Advisor
• The Client Advisor, in partnership with the team, is responsible for reaching individual results and contributing to the store targets.
• Responsibilities and tasks
• Ensures a unique client experience by creating long lasting relationships, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony, after sales and clientelling activities;
• Achieves excellent selling results;
• Implements and maintains Moncler's visual standards in store;
• Actively cooperates with stockroom maintenance, movement and replenishment;
• Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation;

• Requirements
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a fashion retail sales role;
• Customer Service oriented with a commercial mindset;
• Experience in a structured Luxury Company is a plus;
• Passion an enthusiasm for the Moncler brand;
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in another language is a plus;
