Training Facilitator

• Full time permanent role, based at one of Sureway's established locations in Adelaide. Support learners and employers via day trips / short overnight stays to places such as Pt Pirie, Murray Bridge, Nuriootpa, Kadina._

Customer service is key! Get out on the road to liaise with local businesses, apprenticeship providers and other stakeholders to source new enrolments. Assist with coordination of work experience through community and industry relationships / networks. Coordinate the delivery of short courses including booking the venue, the Trainer Assessor and student attendance.

Guide learners through face to face and remote study groups. Manage student engagement and provide support with course material.

Process daily administrative tasks related to ASQA and other compliance frameworks.
