About The Role
The Principal Advisor, Industrial Relations will be seen as a trusted advisor, attune to delivering best practice and risk insights in order to achieve organisational objectives. The position plays a key role in driving change and enabling a high-performance workforce, anticipating the future needs and sustainability of ESTA and developing and implementing effective responses and solutions.
With a proactive and hands-on approach you will co-lead Enterprise Agreement negotiations and key workforce initiatives ensuring good governance within the parameters of the strategy and Victorian public sector requirements. You will take a long-term view in your advice and develop the roadmap for strategic workforce objectives.
