Were looking for someone whos all about great service solving problems and helping teams thrive to join our Claims Operations team in Brisbane as a Technical Officer.

This role is a 12month secondment opportunity.

What youll do

• Support daily operations by allocating workloads resolving escalated queries and maintaining uptodate procedures for both onshore and offshore teams.
• Coach and develop team members supporting training initiatives and sharing knowledge to build capability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities reviewing processes and helping implement changes across teams.
• Collaborate with the Business Improvement and Quality teams to maintain and enhance frameworks support audits and ensure compliance.
• Work closely with leaders on delegated tasks complex operational activities and business change initiatives including UAT.
• Foster a positive safe and highperforming team culture aligned with Suncorps values and actively support team and business goals.
