Our Outside School Hours Care service Harmony   OSHClub is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primaryage children. This is apermanent parttimeopportunity offering 30 hours per week to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.

Youll work split shifts supporting our MondayFriday hours : 6 : 30am9 : 00am (Rise then Shine) and 2 : 00pm6 : 00pm (Stay and Play). Extra hours are also available during school holidays!

About the role

Get ready for an exciting opportunity to comanage a dynamic team of Educators where youll experience the perfect blend of support and leadership growth! Youll lead a vibrant before and afterschool program at a primary school guiding children aged 512 through fun and enriching activities. With the backing of a dedicated statespecific office and the mentorship of regional managers who visit regularly youll be empowered to shine in your role while developing your skills as a leader. Develop and facilitate an engaging childcentered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM sport cooking art and craft whatever you and the children are into!

Foster healthy relationships with children the school community and parents

Lead a team of Educators onsite including roster management

Manage the daytoday operations of your service including compliance and administration

Who are we looking for

We can teach you about the job and sector but a few basics you need to have :

Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact

Communicates clearly and confidently

Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role

Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check

Has Australian work rights

Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
