This is a unique and career-defining opportunity for a Senior Counsel or Partner-level legal professional with a strong background in personal injury law.

The Opportunity

Our client is a modern and progressive plaintiff firm experiencing significant growth. As the Personal Injury Practice Led, you will play a dual role :

• 50% of your time will be focused on managing and mentoring a high-performing legal team, driving operational efficiency, supervising the progress of claims and complex matters, and developing best-practice procedures.
• The remaining 50% will involve active engagement in legal work on significant matters, leveraging your expertise to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
