Cafe Manager / Barista

We are seeking an individual with management / supervisor experience.

Located at Morayfield

Management Duties : Stock Ordering, Training, Procedure Implementing & Assuring the reminder of the team follow.

About Us :

We are a small cafe (and travel agency, although we do not have a requirement for FB& Crew to learn any travel aspects of the business). Located in Morayfield, tight knit team of hard workers. As owners, we are heavily involved within the team and work closely with managers to brainstorm and implement new ideas.

First allocation of hours at roster build. Flexible on hours and weekends (although will need someone available on a single Saturday or Sunday every 3 - 4 weeks).

We look for the person who brings a fresh take to team dynamic but works within the personalities of the team.
