Identify issues, risks, and recommendations of Agile teams and operating models. Develop learning plans to elevate teams to higher levels of maturity and effectiveness. Help coordinate inter-team cooperation and help the team operate well on the train. Lead creative problem solving for scrum teams through collaborative problem-solving processes. Collaborate and leverage contacts in the wider agile community to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients. Ideally, you will have Experience in Scale Agile Framework (SAFe) practices. 2+ years' experience as Scrum master / Agile project coordinator Eloquent communications and excellent collaboration and negotiation skills. - 120.00 - $165.00 per hour + 11% super
