As an optimistic individual, with a can-do attitude, you will be required to demonstrate a service mindset, display a strong sense of business acumen and be able to develop meaningful relationships through your outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
Having previous experience in an outlet retail roles or service industry is highly preferred. You must have at least 2 years previous experience in managing a team of at least 7-10. You will also need to have a strong sense of commercial awareness, great attention to detail, a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
