Customer Liaison Officer

If you're the go-to person, the one who answers questions, with the know-how to keep service running like clockwork, we have a Customer Liaison Officer opportunity to join our Facility Maintenance team,

The ideal applicant must be a highly driven, and motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional service. In addition, the ideal applicant must be agile and adaptable to change.

This position would ideally suit a person with a customer service background, who is confident, tenacious and results driven.

• Required skills of the role are
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate initiative to problem solve and identify root cause issues.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and perform effectively as part of a team.
• Self-motivated self-starter, honest, and flexible with a professional work ethic.
• What the Job looks like
• 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
• Balcatta Head Office (with plenty of free onsite parking)
• Full time, permanent opportunity
