Our client is an ASX listed company with a base north of the city. They are growing by acquisition and seeking some new team members for their dynamic customer service team.
These are permanent roles and you will gain full training and product knowledge. This is a hybrid working environment that will see you working from home two days per week once the six-month training period is complete.
- Customer Service Officer
- is responsible for providing excellent customer service to the company's customers by resolving their queries and requests and any concerns regarding the products supplied to them. The role is responsible for responding to general account queries and trouble shooting service issues together with escalation to relevant departments for resolve.
- Responsibilities include
- Answering incoming calls from clients
- Following up on customer call backs
- Outbound calling to update customers on progress
- Logging all calls on the CRM system
- Gaining customer feedback
- Escalation of more complex issues
- Qualifications and experience required
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- A keen interest in IT / internet-based technology
- Proficient in MS Office suite of products
- High attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in learning new technical skills
