As a Car Park Officer, you will enjoy the responsibility of providing hands on day to day operation of Perth's City car parks. Your exceptional customer service skills will hold you in good stead as you will play an integral role in the continued service that City of Perth provides to the public.
This role is suitable for anyone who is flexible and willing to work a varying roster that provides from a possible one shift to full time shifts per week including weekends and late nights.
- Your role will enable you to use your skills and experience to;
- Manage the day to day operation of various car parks within the CBD and wider area
- Effectively and efficiently provide customer focused services representing the City of Perth
- Manage the day to day financial and administrative requirements of the car parks
- Ensure all parking equipment is operating correctly and reporting and issues promptly
- Work collaboratively and cooperatively with other functions of the wider team
- Work flexibly on a 24 / 7 rotational multi-site roster covering weekends and public holidays
- Work under limited supervision, with the ability to make sound decisions within established guidelines
