We are on the lookout for an empathic and enthusiastic
you will provide high-quality telephone-based support to Community Vision staff, customers (current and prospective) and their families; including scheduling of customer supports, rostering of support workers and onboarding of new CHSP customers.
With this in mind, we will give you the time and space to build genuine relationships with our staff, customers and their families. In other words
You will be passionate about engaging our staff, customers and their families, and find satisfaction from supporting our customers to maintain their independence at home, access social supports in the community and / or achieve their own personal goals.
will possess a Cert III in Business Administration (or equivalent) and have (at least) two-year's experience in a contact centre / customer service role. Experience working in Disability and Aged Care is preferred, however not essential
