Customer Service Officer

We are working with a National Gas Manufacturer located in Welshpool, Malaga and Canning Vale who need an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team on a permenant basis.

• The Role
• Some of the key responsibilities of this role include
• Inbound customer service calls, assisting with enquiries and issues
• Providing superb customer service to all customers in regard to product / service knowledge
• Taking and processing orders for products via phone
• Stock management
• Dispatching and receiving goods
• Liaising with Customers / clients in regard to the status of their orders / updates on their orders
• Assisting with Administration support in financial functions - payment / invoicing support
• Providing product / services information
• About You
• Passion for customer service
• Proven work experience in a Customer Service Officer role
• Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Computer literate - able to quickly grasp the use of different systems
• Desirable
• Industrial and safety equipment knowledge
• Backgound or interest in trades / welding
• Experience using SAP
• Role Requirements
• Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol
• Able to obtain a clear police check
