Warehouse Mechanical Repairer

We are a growing business located in Darra, Brisbane and require an enthusiastic person with good mechanical knowledge of diesel and petrol engines for the task or pre-sale commissioning of machinery.

The main duties consist of :

• Assembly of small machinery, commissioning diesel generators and repairs to various warranted products
• Unloading shipping containers, loading trucks & organising stock in the warehouse
• Preparing orders and strapping packages to pallets ready for shipping
• Good housekeeping awareness is also a requirement
• About You

The successful applicant will ideally possess the following skills and experience :

• 1+ years mechanical knowledge and experience of diesel and petrol engines for the task or pre-sale commissioning of machinery is essential
• Picking & packing experience
• A forklift license is essential or the willingness to obtain one
• Willing to work Saturdays 9am to 1pm, and working four weekdays 9am to 5pm
• Computer skills a bonus
• Ability to easily adapt to work in a global, multi-cultural team of professionals

• base salary $53,040 ($30 / hr) + superannuation

Working Hours : Must be able to work Saturday (9am to 1pm), and work your choice of any four week days (9am to 5pm). _For example, you may work Tuesdays to Saturdays._

Annual leave : 4 weeks
