Expression of Interest : Business Support Officers (Temporary Roles)

Randstad is working with various Government departments in and around Perths CBD, offering exciting opportunities for Business Support Officers to join multiple teams on a temporary basis. These roles are potential to extend for the right candidate, for example 6 months with possible extension.

Location : Subiaco, East Perth, Nedlands, CBD etc

Pay rate : $50-55 per hour + Super. This is dependant on prior experience & level of the role.

About the Roles :

General Responsibilities :

• Facilitate smooth business operations by coordinating work flows between departments.
• Assist in project management and support the implementation of business initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
• Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain records, databases, and office systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial transactions as required.
• Assist with general office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
• Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
• Prepare, organise, and maintain records, reports, and important documentation.
• Monitor office supplies and arrange timely replenishment's.
