About the Role
The Recruitment Coordinator drives all end-to-end recruitment for Core Roles at Arcare within their portfolio, ensuring a best-practice process to attract quality talent to Arcare. This role will work closely with Operations to ensure Residence recruitment needs are met based on analytical data, industry trends and verbal feedback.

About You
Ability to prioritise your attention based on master roster gaps, turnover of staff, occupancy levels and leave impact across the designated portfolio.Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers, candidates and internal departments across ArcareThe ability to demonstrate flexibility and adjust to changing work environments, whilst prioritising travel to locations based on recruitment needsAbility to source candidates through internal talent pools, advertising, networking, SEEK talent and LinkedIn Recruitment.Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with Arcare’s process.Demonstrated experience in sourcing, shortlisting and phone screening candidatesYou understand the varying roles on offer and can attract candidates aligned to Arcare’s values.You have strong organisational skills and are able to build rapport with external stakeholders, including attending industry eventsYou are able to have fun while aligning your values with Arcare’s, you enjoy what you do, and this resonates to create a positive and fulfilling experience.Essential :
Demonstrated success in a recruitment role in the aged care, healthcare or related human services sector.Current and valid NDIS check and Statutory Declaration that does not preclude working in Aged Care.Right to Work – Australian Citizen, Resident or current Visa.Current driver’s license.Desirable :
Qualification in Human Resources (or working towards a qualification).Knowledge of PageUp, Chris 21 and HumanforceProficiency in the use of software, e.g., Microsoft OfficeHealth, community, or aged care sector experienceKnowledge of employment law and related experience in areas such as equal opportunity and workplace safety.Ready to Apply?
