The RoleReporting to the Manager, People and Culture you will be responsible for supporting staff through the employee lifecycle, creating a positive experience for prospective, new, and existing employees. You will also facilitate the induction program for new starters and student placements.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate talent attraction, recruitment, induction, onboarding and exit experiences for all employeesManage the fortnightly payroll audit file, identify all changes to pays and activate processing with the external providerProvide exceptional customer service to staff by providing prompt and accurate adviceProduce accurate and timely reportsManage the HR database, including maintaining staff filesSkills and ExperienceRelevant Human Resources tertiary qualificationsHigh level of capability in the use of Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate skills with Microsoft ExcelHighly effective interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and conceptual capabilitiesKnowledge of and experience using Employment Hero or similar databaseUnderstanding and experience of payroll processes is desirablePrevious experience in a HR generalist position is desirableBenefitsUnique opportunity to learn all aspects of a generalist HR positionBe a part of an organisation making a difference in the communityAccess to salary packagingCultureThis is a great opportunity for a HR graduate with an appetite to learn all aspects of a generalist HR position, you will be a part of a small but high performing HR team that is passionate about what they do.
