About the Role We are currently seeking a People & Culture Manager to join our Melbourne studio. This is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to FK's people and culture journey, supporting the growth and development of our teams while shaping a collaborative, people-first workplace culture.
What You'll Do Talent Acquisition & Onboarding : Manage end-to-end recruitment for key roles, partnering with leaders to develop inclusive hiring strategies.
Performance & Development : Lead performance review cycles and support internal development initiatives including leadership programs and mentoring.
Employee Relations & Compliance : Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with the Fair Work Act and relevant legislation.
Succession Planning & Capability Building : Partner with leadership to identify talent and track development for key roles, ensuring readiness for succession.
Engagement & Culture : Coordinate employee engagement surveys, support wellness initiatives, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
People Systems & HR Operations : Maintain HRIS systems, ensure accuracy in employee data, and streamline HR processes to support FK's people practices.
What You'll Bring Experience : 5-7+ years in HR, talent acquisition, or organizational development.
Knowledge : Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and modern awards
Skills : Proven success in recruitment, performance management, and employee development, with excellent communication and coaching abilities.
