The opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a solicitor to with at least 1 year of PQE.

Our Financial & Professional Risks team advises leading domestic and international insurers on high-profile and complex matters, shaping the future of financial lines litigation.

Construction-related professional indemnity matters : Handling disputes involving engineers, architects, and building professionals.

Solicitors' professional indemnity claims and environmental liability matters : Providing expert advice on claims against legal practitioners and issues related to environmental liabilities.

Coverage aspects of financial lines : Advising on high stakes indemnity disputes and policy interpretation matters.

Directors and Officers Liability : Defending directors and officers in claims related to their corporate roles.

Fidelity and Crime and Financial Institutions : Addressing issues of fraud, employee dishonesty, and financial misconduct, while advising banks, investment firms, and other financial entities on liability and compliance matters.

Management and Professional Liability : Handling claims involving mismanagement, employment practices, fiduciary duties, and defending various professionals, including accountants and consultants, against negligence claims.

Who you are 1+ years' PQE with experience in professional indemnity, general litigation, coverage, or financial lines Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills A collaborative approach and a commitment to excellence Confidence to take ownership of matters and drive them forward A desire to grow your career in a leading insurance and risk practice Why us?
