Project / Position Introduction Overview This role will see you identifying and securing new business opportunities that grow Workplace Health Services across our MAX Health Business.
As the Primary contact for inbound leads, the Business Development Manager triages and manages all enquiries to maximise business outcomes.MAX Health is a national provider of workplace health support with more than 20 years of practical experience supporting large organisations.

The Opportunity Foster and maintain new and existing business relationships through proactive engagement and rapport developmentGenerate new business or enhance current services for clientsTriage new business opportunities in Workplace Health ServicesSupport tender bids by identifying opportunities that are the right fit for the businessTransition new clients through the onboarding processManage administration of CRM relating to client engagement and status of leads and opportunitiesProviding specialist / technical leadership and support to the team and stakeholdersOvernight and interstate travel may be required to fulfil the requirement of this role About you Proven Business development experience in Workplace Health and Safety or alike industriesAbility to identify and analyse new business opportunities.
Able to apply knowledge in a practical and commercial mannerPassionate about providing high quality servicesA strong communicator both verbally and written.
Adaptable and influential communication styleBe a driven, supportive and community minded person who wants to play a key role in supporting the business and teams.Self-motivated and ability to work autonomouslyA relevant Tertiary QualificationCurrent Driver's License More than just a salary!
