• Role Details

We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable who is proficient in Pronto for a temporary 4-week assignment. The role will be starting on 24th April and finishing on 19th May, based in our client's head office in Osborne Park. Our client offers services to the Offshore, Onshore, Marine and Construction industries throughout Australia and Southeast Asia.

• Role Requirements and Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience working in your field
• Australian working rights - passport or birth certificate
• Entering invoices and matching to PO receipt
• Entering non-PO invoices - attention to coding
• Entering invoices with FX Rates and various currency - attention to detail
• Exporting commitment reports
• Creating batch payments & ABA files
• Bank reconciliations
• Manual cash payments AUD (Petty cash / credit card / direct debits)
• Manual cash payments with FX rates
