Operational Risk Specialist

Job descriptionProven experience in operational risk management within a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of incident management frameworks and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage operational risk assessments, ensuring alignment with regulatory and company requirements.
- Oversee incident management processes, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain risk mitigation strategies, improving resilience across the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a proactive approach to operational risks.
