What You Bring to the Table

A love for coffee and people (in that order)

6+ months of barista or café experience preferred (but not essential—we train talent)

A calm head under pressure and a heart that's always kind

Ability to multitask and maintain high standards even when the queue is long

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
