Kings Tours & Travel is a well respected, tour company specialising in premium escorted holidays for senior travellers. We're seeking a Senior Operations & Product Manager to own the development, coordination, and delivery of our group travel program.

This is a senior-level role, perfect for someone who wants to contribute strategically while remaining involved in the detail — from building itineraries to negotiating with suppliers and briefing clients.

In this role, you will :

Design and cost new group tours (domestic and international)

Travel to inspect product, source new destinations and build supplier partnerships

Liaise with hotels, airlines, and operators to confirm bookings and secure rates

Write itinerary content for brochures and marketing materials

Finalise tour logistics including rooming lists and special requests

Attend pre-tour document handouts and support client communications

Collaborate with the Business Owner on product direction and business improvements

We’re looking for someone who :

Has 5+ years of experience in group touring, operations or travel product

Understands the needs of senior travellers

Is comfortable being hands-on, organised and responsive

Communicates clearly and professionally (in writing and face-to-face)
