ChoiceOne, on behalf of our long-established Engineering client located in Canning Vale, is seeking an experienced Operations Support Administrator to join their team. The primary role will be responsible for the delivery of day-to-day support to the Operations team in a range of areas, including scheduling, planning and managing work orders. The role plays an integral part within the business interfacing closely with all levels of workers and the Management team.
- You'll be responsible for;
- Assisting in scheduling, planning, invoicing, managing work orders and dispatch of product
- Liaising with all warehouse and manufacturing team members
- Provide support to team leaders and supervisors and assist with quality control
- Essential criteria;
- Excellent computer literacy skills and ability to operate Microsoft suite
- Display strong organisational skills and methodical approach to daily tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a broader team
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Current C class Drivers Licence
- Manufacturing / Maintenance environment
- Highly desired but not essential;
- PRONTO experience
- Mining background
This role will be a Temporary to Permanent placement.
