• to join our busy and successful Victorian Industrial Recruitment team. Being a varied role you will have the choice to work from either our Mulgrave or Altona office - which ever is closer to home!

As a Workforce Planner at Chandler Macleod you will assist our clients with the allocation and confirmation of personnel into shifts. The role of a Workforce Planner will see you take ownership of all aspects of the rostering for large-scale clients in the blue-collar industry and be confident working directly with our clients to understand and support their workforce needs. Aside from creating and communicating rosters, you will also need to have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exceed under pressure. The successful applicant will be required to work from Monday to Friday with flexibility around shift times to suit clients demands.
