Business Partner HSE (Brisbane or Toowoomba based)

The Role
We are looking for a HSE Business Partner with the coaching and influencing skills to drive and sustain change that results in improved safety performance. This role will support our Helidon I.S. Manufacturing site near Toowoomba.
Ideally you will be based near Helidon, however opportunity will exist for the candidate to reside in the Brisbane area with regular travel to site at Helidon.

You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture
You will have Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety, coupled with strong knowledge of HSE legislation and management systems. You are skilled in risk assessment and incident investigation and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders at all levels.
Ideally, you will have experience within the mining sector. Your project management and organisational skills enable you to drive HSE initiatives effectively. A valid driver’s licence is required, and you must be able to obtain a QLD Explosives Security Clearance.
